    I need the answer in the form and I am unable to use the logical condition. I need you please help

    To help you better, could you please indicate exactly what your issue is. are you having problems creating a condition? Can you please indicate what type of condition you would like to create?

    I want to add the answers to give the percentage at the end of the form the answers are yes or no

    In each question YES/NO, you can place a Value that can be use to calculate the result

    Once you have add all the values, you can create a condition that will add all this values.
