     Hi

I have seen all the post about DNS issues but still have a question.  I have 3 forms embedded into our website. If I search through the code that I paisted into the HTML snippett and change anything that says jotform.com to jotform.net should that work?  Also what steps if any do I need to take for the paypal intergration?  We recieved an email from paypal saying Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications

(IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

http://submit.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php.  I CANNOT have this form go down we only have a week until the event that the form supports

We are in the same situation. We have a conference in 10 days. The online reservations will end this friday so we may be seeing a rush in the next day or so! I use Jotforms because I don't code. :-) Will keep checking back. What a bummer for you guys. I too would love to know why...

In your PayPal profile, under Selling Preferences > Instant Payment Notification Preferences, set the following:

    Instant Payment Notification (IPN) URL:http://www.jotform.net/ipns/paypal.php

I just JotForm because it's easy. Please provide a non-geek, plain English  answer because the previous solutions are stumping me.

Go into your Paypal account, Click on the Profile menu, select My Selling Prefences

Midway down the next page is a 'Instant payment notifications' field, select click on the Update button to the right of it.

Click Choose IPN Settings, Enter http://www.jotform.net/ipns/paypal.php into the Notification URLtext box and ensure Receive IPN Message (Enabled) radio button is selected. Click Save.
