remove the "Marklivings from the forms URL

I'm trying to point my domain to the form.  I've put in the cname but forms.bscstickets.com and pointed it to custom.jotform2.com.   What I would like to do though is to get rid of the marklivings in the url.

https://form.jotform.com/marklivings/carnival-tickets-purchase

I want to change to http://forms.bscstickets.com/carnival-tickets-purchase

That is not possible, as the workaround involves the username.

I would recommend to embed the form in your page, rather than using the direct link. That way it would show only the desired domain.
