Every time I try the instructions< i get a JotForm server error. Is this feature disabled? Thanks

The Clear Form Cache feature is not disabled. Please try clearing your browser cache first. Log-out your account then close the browser and open it again. Log-in to your jotform account and try following the instructions again. Let us know if the issue persists.
