getting an error message when trying to forward submissions. please help!

This error you are receiving might be related to the limit of submissions that a user can forward per hour. Free accounts will have 20 email submission forward/reply per hour while paid accounts have 100. You can wait for an hour and try forwarding again.
This limit is done to prevent the abuse of the submission forward/reply feature by spammers.
