Dear Jotform Team,
I am in the middle of the preparation of my workshop (www.photo4d.com).
My customers were irritated because they could not register.
I hope this is soleved soon because i suffer financial losses, especially before the event.
So, i whish all of you a good work and that you can solve the problem soon!
All in all I am very satisfied with your service!!!

Really appriciate your kindness and patience. Currently we are living a DNS problem as you can see on the forum posts and working hard to overcome this situation. Just a reminder change source of your forms to jotform.net then it should work.
