Adding tracking code in the form to track my conversion for traffic from Google & Facebook

My jotform's survey is my thank you page after the person optin on my list .Is ther a way I can add a tracking code on the survey page to track my conversion for traffic from google and facebook. Thank you 

If you are using a custom thank you page, I would suggest adding the tracking code there so you can track the traffic on the page. Unfortunately, we don't allow scripts in the form so I'm afraid you can do it there.
