I cannot reorder my purchase items using the wizard?Asked by Camppinehill on January 26, 2016 at 12:10 PM
I go to wizard to add products, but it will not let me reorder them. i try to click and drag but it will not allow me to drag. It just highlights the product, but it will not drag. I have tried to edit using Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer, my list of products will not display when using the wizard. What next? i am spending half a day on something that should take minutes.
In regards to Internet Explorer, IE9 is the lowest recommended version of the same when using Form Builder, although forms are tested for IE8 and up.
I have just checked with my trusty FireFox and then with Google Chrome and both seem to work properly and allow me to drag and drop the products around the wizard.
Do you see the mouse turn into the drag curs or(arrows pointing to 4 directions)?
Once it is shown you should be able to drag and drop them around:
If you click on them however and do not start dragging them around, it will open up the product edit screen at the bottom of the wizard. At that time you will need to click on Save Product before you can drag them around again.
