Setting up inventory with variables

Hi, I need to set up a form that allows me to sell 15 different products (which each have their own quantity) AND each product has it's multiple variables that make up the total quantity of each product. For instance... I have Shirts, Pants, and Shoes to sell.  I have 20 shirts, 15 pants and 10 shoes. Of those 20 shirts, they come in 20 different colors but I only have one shirt in each color. Same applies for the pants and shoes ... is there a way to do this?

Since inventory with variables will not work if using the Payment tools, the other option I can suggest is to use the Inventory Widget

    link: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory

    demo form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51413853223953?

but the drawback to using the Inventory widget to your requirement, is that you will need to setup inventory of each item/products specifically.

Example, for 20 shirts, you cannot set a sub-item of 20 different colors... so, you will actually put like..

    Shirt1 (color: Yellow) = 10 QTY

    Shirt1 (color : Red) = 10 QTY

    ---

Unlike if you use instead a payment tool to setup products/items, you can create sub-products for a main item/product..

    Check this guide: Create-Sub-Products-Based-on-a-Product-Option

    demo form: https://form.jotform.com/53286246358968

in the demo form, the main items/products are the Menu, and there are sub-items below each.

But as mentioned, there is no inventory/balance feature in the payment tools.

Hope this help. Let us know how we can further assist you.
