"Save" is not saving. How can I get my form to save?

How can I get my form to save?

I created a small form tonight and, upon completion, I clicked on "save"; it didn't save. The "save" button keeps circling and circling but it doesn't save.  If I attempt to leave the page, I get a pop-up saying I have unsaved changes and if I leave the page my changes will be discarded.

I'm afraid that refreshing the page is the only way forward - regardless of the error.

That indicates an error on your browser (not by your own fault) which means your browser cannot communicate with our servers for some reason (to deliver the changes you made).

I hope you were able to retrieve some of the changes you made - the builder sometimes autosaves your work as you keep working.
