    Login is not working correctly.

    Hello support,

    I have created an account in Jotform to test integration with Salesforce for a client that we have in our company. The integration works well when I create a form and everything. However, my problem is that when I try to login into my account, it first redirects me to a blank page that doesn't load (example attached), and then when I reload that page, it doesn't show any forms that I've created. For example, I create a Jotform or folder and leave the session. When I log back in, it doesn't show any of my saved things, almost like my account doesn't exist. On top of this, it displays the login and signup buttons as if I am not logged in and it gives no indication that I am. We are making an effort to use Jotform because the client likes it, but it seems that it doesn't work well. Maybe I am just misunderstanding how it works could you please point me in the right direction.

     

    The biggest issue is trying to connect with Zapier, which says it can't with my account because I don't have the right priviledges, etc.

    I did check the domain https://eu.jotform.com/myforms and it seems to work just fine. Please check the screenshot below:

    sign-in and the second is when I refresh the page.
