Oops! Form not found when Submitting

    Hi

     

    I have cloned a form this morning and then created a form and both of them I get an error message like this: 

    Oops!
    Form not found: 60262488756364
     
    or
     
    Form not found: 60262586969369

     

    Please can you help?
