Can we use Address field as email notifier sender?

Having a field auto-populate based on a response

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to have a field on a form auto-populate based on what the responder enters. 

I would like to have the first line of an address be my "sender name" in my notifier, however, the address field is not an option. Is there a way for a portion of the form to be read only and fill in the first line? Or would I have to delete the address field I used in Form Tools and just create separate fields for the address in order for what I want?

We can strip the Address field to sub fields and use them in email template, but I do not think that we can use their values directly on form. I would like to suggest using separate fields to collect address information, to be able to set the address line as a sender.
