Support Forum redirects(?)

Asked on January 27, 2016 at 3:19 PM

I'm browsing through the support forum and click a link under Related Forum Questions or Related Articles and keep getting redirected to MyForms.  I've tried this on three different workstations (Win7 with Chrome) and tablets.

I've cleared cache, history, closed browser, and rebooted.

Here was one page I was reading: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.

I clicked the link on the left titled Missing Emails and bounced into My Forms.  It really didn't matter which link I clicked

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have tried and was unable to replicate your issue, I could load all the links without being redirected to MyForms page:

Could try to logout and sign in again?

Just tested again on two different workstations.  I am able to reproduce it while logged into my account and not logged in to my account.  When I'm not logged in, it redirects me to the login page.  I took a video but there's this box only accepts images

    thanks for trying!

This is quite odd, since I can not reproduce your issue on my end, but please, upload your video on this for: https://form.jotform.com/53068447185967.
