Unable to edit condition

    I have an 'IF STATE VALUE DO' condition that is not allowing me to edit the 'DO' area.  I was attempting to edit the prices listed.  I can click into the field and remove 2 numbers and then enter 2 new numbers, but then IE 11 freezes.  I was able to edit this area successfully in Google Chrome.
