I have just found a spelling error in my username and would like to correct it, but am unable to from the account settings. Its alright if I have to create a new account. I would just need to carry over the form that I have created under this account.

You do not need to create a new account. We can change your account's username for you. Simply tell us the new username that you want to use and if that username is available, we will change your account's username to the new one. You can also provide us with an alternate username if in case the first option is already taken. We will be waiting for your reply.
