Receiving "Jotform is currently unavailable" error when trying to create a new Visual Report

    Hi, We're having problems downloading visual report on our form due to slow internet connectivity on our country(Philippines). May we ask you to download for us the visual report of our form?. Please Reply ASAP.

    I see that there are many reports set up on that form, but I do not see any visual reports among them. I only see multiple excel, CSV, grid, and table reports.

    Can you please let us know which of these many reports you need us to download?

    Also, if your internet connection is causing the troubles, it would not make much or any difference if we were to download it and share it with you in some other way, or if you were to download your report directly from our system.

    You can access your reports by clicking on the Reports button, and then clicking on the report you wish to view. For example, if you wanted to download the Excel Report, you would follow these steps:

    When Creating a visual report on my form, here what happens always (see picture below)

    Thank you very much for providing that screenshot, I see that you are receiving the error when trying to set up the report in the first place.

    I have logged into your account to check, and I was able to replicate the issue only in your account:

    The feature for creation of Visual Reports is working fine under several other accounts, so it seems to be specific to your account. I have raised this to our developers for closer inspection, and we will let you know as soon as the issue is resolved, or if we have any relevant updates.

     I am sorry to say that we have not received any update from our developer yet. It is still assigned to our developer by my colleague.

    You will be notified when it's solved or will get news about it via this thread.

    I've also tested your form which is I am not reproduced the same issue that you are having.

    However, there is an error on Grid report when I check the source code.

    Can you also test it on your side and let us know the result?
