I am using jot form and every time i submit a form it will send it 2-3 times. What can i do to only get one form submision?

I checked your most recent form and it looks like people are actually submitting the form multiple times.  If you look at the signatures, there are slight variations in some of the duplicate submissions.

You can limit your users to a single submissions in a few different ways.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

This will ensure that each submission is unique.
