Hi, ive tried several times to recover my password, but i dont recive the email to set a new one
i don know if my email or the user name that im using is rigth

I have checked email address you used to post this thread and I found account with username generadordeoxigeno. When I checked our email log with your email address I found that your email address is in bounce list and because of that you did not get email when you requested change of password. Also email Notifications were not sent to your email address.
Our system gave following result:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.5.1 Server IP 188.8.131.52 listed as abusive. See
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.
I would also suggest you to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please make another request for change of password and you should receive a mail form JotForm.
You can login to your account with email address or with username.
