I made the recommended update. Now I'm getting "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form." error message.
How do I fix this?

Can you show us to which form this is happening? It may be possible that you are getting that error message due to the Unique Submission settings of your form.
You can edit/remove this by editing your form > click Preference > Advanced Settings tab > Selecting No Check for the Unique Submissions option.
