    Edit submission link of the form is showing Whoops error message when viewed on Samsung mobile phone.

    Trying to edit form from the attached link on an Samsung phone and recieveing the attached error.  Link works fine on a computer but will not work on the phone.  We have been using this form for 6+ months and have never encountered this error please help.

    I was able to replicate mentioned issue on my Samsung Galaxy S4. 

    I think that this issue is connected to your other issue with edit submission link.

    I will escalate this issue to our developers as well. Once this issue is resolved we will inform you via this thread.

    if possible we need this fixed this evening, we will have 30+ submissions our users will go to edit either this evening or in the morning.

    As of now we cannot really provide you any definite time ETA, but be rest assured that we will do our best to provide the fix as soon as possible. 

    Right now the submitted ticket was already assigned to one of our developer. So, it will be checked on already.

    I did further test and I now understand that the issue happens on Android device.. I test it on my end and I see it happening as well.

     

    our developer assigned is aware of this and curretnly still checking for a fixed. We will update you here once we have news.

    Just in case it my help also as temporary workaround, I was able to make it work on my Android browser by enabling the option "Request Desktop site". See image below on what I meant.

    This bug is now fixed. The form should show up now properly following the edit links on android devices. If the problem persists, please do let us know.

    https://form.jotform.com/53014566289965We are still having problems, the edit link now works but it is deleting information that was previously in there. 

    Ticket Type-goes blank on every other one that is edited

    Manager Approval and Approving Manger is being deleted once position changed to Accounts Payables.

    Accounts Payable is deleting once position is changed back to Field Employee.

    I really don't understand how something can work just fine for so long and all of sudden we are having so many issues.  We have worked hard to get everyone to go with your form and like it but now all I am getting are complaints and issues as well as request for us to change.

    Please help me.

    I have cloned your form and made test submission, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue when I used edit link on my Samsung Galaxy S4. Form was loading slowly, but all data that I have entered was shown.

    Can you provide us edit link of your form, that is not showing all entered data, so that we can test it. 

    I will also check with our developer if he is able to replicate mentioned issue?

    Somehow with the many issues we have been having the the "Clear Hidden Field Values" got changed to Hide on Submit.  I know for a fact Our Form was not set up with that option because it has worked fine for months now.  So sometime last week when everything began to mess up every single form we have changed to clear on submit. I have changed them back to Do not Clear and hopefully this solves the problem.

    I have checked edit link you provided on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and data are shown inside of Ticket Type field. 

    I have also tested your edit link on my laptop.

    I will check with liyam and jonathan to see if they are able to replicate mentioned issue.

    Any updates on this??  Every other ticket clears the ticket type on edit.

    I am still unable to replicate mentioned issue. Our developer was also not able to replicate it, when he tested edit link you provided.

    Is your issue related to some specific device? Did you tried to test your edit link on more than one device? Can you please try to use some other browser on your mobile, to see if that will resolve your issue.

    From screenshot you provided it seems that you are using edit link on desktop device and not on mobile device. When I checked edit link you provided, sometimes  I was able to replicate mentioned issue on my laptop. However when I reloaded the page all data were shown inside of Ticket Type field. I will inform our developer about this issue.

    Any solution to this?  I can't tell my users to to end and reload on every single one that messes up, this is making everything very unreliable and upsetting people.  It has worked fine for 8+ months, can we not fix the problem?  So far i have had 10 sent to me that will not work for the other users.
