I checked the email address: email@example.com in our bounce list and it's not.
You have received only two email notifications from this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51728499789985.
I checked it and I can see that the email address is not in the email recipients, that could be the reason why you are not receiving email notifications from recent submissions, you can add it again and test your form.
Also, if the emails are not there, check your spam or junk folders.
