Size limit on "Image Upload Preview" widget?

Apologises for all the questions, we have just started using our form properly.

Is there a size limit when uploading images? We have had a few people when they are tying to upload and image, and it only partially uploads their image rather than the full thing.

    Many thanks,

    Rachel

No worries, it is actually good to open multiple threads if you have different concerns.

Regarding the size limit, you can change the allow upload size by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit. Let us know if that works.

We are actually using the image upload widget. Is there any way to do the same as you have linked above with that particular widget?

I checked your form titled "Annual Declaration Form" and I see that those images (most of them are signatures) are showing in full. I presume the problem you are having is that the images are cut off? Is that correct? Perhaps a sample submission or a screenshot would help identify if there's a problem on the widget or if it is a limitation.

If there's a limitation in the allowed upload size for the "Image Upload Preview" widget, there should be an error message showing that the file cannot be uploaded. In my case, this is how it looks like:

It shows "Upload Complete", currently, there's no indication that the widget has a file size limit.
