form fail issue

    I am trying to convince a client of mine to use JotForms but now I'm having issues:

    Form failed
    Form engine failed - #8j1h17f1
     
    Not too convincing for them to want to use JotForms since none of their forms work.  How do I resolve this issue?

    There was a temporary glitch in our servers that caused the problem, but this is now fixed. Truly sorry about this.
