Form is not working on my website

    I have embedded an updated form on my website (I've had one on my site since I first signed up)...  I sent the link to form to a potential client last night for our meeting today and just heard back from her that when she completed the form (it's fairly long), and she hit submit, it just said "please wait" and it never actually submitted. 

    I just tried it myself, from my website, and the same thing happened again.

    I sent a direct link (via logging in to JotForms and the form was fine...

    I've been using JotForms for some time and I love the feature that I can set it up on my site so that my potential clients actually go to my site.  Is there a bug right now?  How can we resolve this issue?

    I checked your website and was able to see the issue, I also was unable to submit your form, however, I checked the embedded code and it looks quite different than the code that should be.

    Could be possible for you to embed your form again? 

    Could you use the iFrame method?

    Please, do let us know if it works using the iFrame code, if not, we will be glad to take other look to your form.
