Passed data to Hidden Fields is not showing in the CSV Report or Submissions?

I have an issue that passed data to hidden fields is not showing in the CSV or in the Submissions.

for example, please have a look at the field SCENE1FEATURE1

It is supposed to take data from the Feature 1 input and place it into that field after passing it through the substring widget.

When I set the field to be unhidden in the "Would you like a Voice Over?" it works.

How can rectify this?

I Checked your jotform http://www.jotform.com/60257441078960 and I was able to determined the cause why the value of the Hidden field gets cleared on Form submission.

In Preferrences / Advance Settings make sure the option Clear Hidden Field Values is not set to "Clear on Submit"  or ON.  This was causing the hidden field values to be cleared every time the form is submitted. This meant that the value is not reaching the submission database. 

Set it to "Don't Clear" instead.
