I was sent this video for the integrations and how to do the file upload to match a custom field inInfusionsoft.
Apparently its a different version of Integration on Jotform?
When I do the file upload, jot doesn't send the full url to my custom field like in the video. (see video minute 21:00)

I have tested your issue and was able to reproduce it. First I added a Custom Field to the Contacts of my Infusionsoft account.
You will notice that I tried creating two custom fields. One will be accepting Text and the other one as Website.
Then, I integrated a test form that only has two fields, an Email field and a File Upload field.
After submission, I viewed the submitted contacts in my Infusionsoft account and both files are just plain text. The other one which I marked as a website has a button to open it as a website, but will just give you a plain text of the file name on the address bar.
I have forwarded your concern and my findings to our developers so they can take a look at it. You will be notified via this thread for any updates. I'm sorry if I cannot provide you any ETA to when this will be fixed, but please be assured that it will be worked on. Thank you.
