how do you order conditional logic

    You can prioritize conditional logic by dragging them from the Conditions Wizard.

    I am using Safari Version 9.1.1 (11601.6.17) and also tried Chrome Version 45.0.2454.85 (64-bit).  Drag and Drop is not working for me.
