I have over 50 forms with you and I have tried many of them....they still work. Should I wait as it will take a few hours to change all of them.

Your forms are still working probably due to the DNS caches. We strongly recommend switching over to the new domain as soon as possible, as they might clear the cache in any minute now and possibly your forms will stop working.
As a safety measure, please change every jotform.com domain to www.jotformpro.com
