    Download CSV/Excel submissions: 504 Gateway Timeout error when tried to download big volume

    HI
    I am not able to download the Drivers return Form CSV
    Both IE and firefox keeps asking me to retry

    Please can you send me the latest CSV

    I will then archive the older submissions

    Hi there,

    Could you please provide us a specific form's name or URL? By doing this, we can help you with your issue. Also, I tried to get CSV from the form "Response to Delivery Time & Additional Delivery Day Request" and didn't encounter any issue. While you are waiting for our response for CSV file, you can retry to get those file.

    I cannot download the CSV for this form
    I hope this is clear
    Also i need to remove all the forms completed in 2013/14
    Leaving only 2015/16

    Andrew, when I tried to get the .xls file from the form "Driver Return Form", I replicated the same issue and reported to our developers. Now, the problem should be resolved. On my latest tests, I didn't replicate the same issue; but please remember that you have almost 17 thousand submission on the related form, so it could take some time to generate .xls file.

     

    Please, retry to get the file and let us know the results.

    I Have tried this myself and still cannot download the csv
    If you arable to do this please can you send me this.
    You are right there were over 17000 submissions
    we only need the 2015 to date submissions
    but I can only delete these one at I time and it is taking ages there
    must be a quicker way or can you do this your end.
    Please can you instruct me on removing more than one submission
    the only other option is to delete all submissions which i don`t want to do.

    I'm checking on this issue. Please allow me some time to get back to you with relevant information. If I'm able to download the submissions, we'll send the files to the account registered email address.

    It seems that there is an issue with downloading the submissions to Excel/CSV. However, I was able to download the submissions by selecting different custom date ranges to download less submissions at a time. I'll be forwarding the CSV files downloaded to the account registered email address shortly.

    Let me also forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. You'll be posted through this thread once we have any update in this regard.
