I have an issue with my form due to Captcha checking

Hello,

today I came across an issue due to Captcha. But I don't set Captcha in my forms.

Earlier I clicked on the Submit button and then I was redirected to Thank page but since today's afternoon after click on the Submit button I am redirect to Captcha checking and that's a problem.

Could you please advise me?

Solved! Problem was in the source code because one of the part didn't refer to Jotform server.
