How to hide checklist options based on options selected using conditions

I am trying to hide both "shipping and "driving" check lists in the beginning for once a coworker starts filling out my form.  Once they choose the "type of event" i want "equipment transfer" to appear and nothing else, but my checklists keep appearing on the form.  Once someone chooses "driving" or "shipping" then i want one of the check lists to appear at the end based of the "equipment transfer" selection.   Please let me know what I need to do.  I did try hiding both checklists and only one was hidden.
