    How can I integrate my Checklist form into ASANA to assign tasks or link to a project based on my field 

    this is for my CHECKLIST: AWAY EVENTS form.

    We do not have any native integration with Asana service, but we do support Zapier automation service. It means that you may try a JotForm -> Zapier -> Asana integration. We would like to suggest trying it to see if it fits your needs.
