PDF FORM NOT UPDATING FROM WEB VERSION

I have made changes to my form

Now I would like to update the form to pdf

When I "create pdf form" – it downloads the pdf

The problem is that the PDF that is now downloaded is a previous version of the form (before I edited it)

So the form is updated on the web version but still shows the old version when I convert it to pdf

This is not a format issue because even new text does not display on the pdf

Yo will see what my problem is when you download a copy of this form to pdf - the versions are not the same....

I checked your form and it looks to be too long to include the new changes in the PDF.  This is causing the PDF creator to default to an older version.  Fillable PDF forms are not nearly as robust as their web counterparts.  If you remove any of the large sections of text from your form, you should be able to show updates in the PDF version once again.
