I want to be able to share 5 forms I've created with specific other users so they can use them as a template

I have created 5 camp evaluation forms.  I would like to share these forms as templates with specific other users who run the same camps.  I want them to be able to take these forms and use them as their own, with their staff receiving the form submissions.  I do not want them to have access to my account nor do I want access to theirs. I just want them to be able to use my forms as their own.  How can I do this?

Other users can easily clone your forms, they just need to follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL. But you need to provide them the form URL or direct link of your form found under the "Publish" wizard.
