    Unable to download PDF containing multiple submissions from our Submissions Panel

    I can't download my submissions to pdf from several forms

    not any of these submissions

    With this one not the forms 180 - 200

    (on the page "my forms" there is even a small lock shown beside the star)

    It seems the forms were disabled at this time the reason you could not download the data.

    Try this process to enable the form first.

    #1 Go to your My Forms page 

    #2 Select the form

    #3 Click on More button

    #4 Click Enable

     

    This should activate/enable the form. Then, try downloading the PDF data again.

    You can check this on all the 3 forms you mentioned.

    Let us know if this did not resolve the issue.

    I took a look at the following submissions:

    I then tried getting the PDF of the submission, and got it without any issues.

    This is the screenshot (I have applied filter to it so not all of the date is shown since this is public thread):

    Can you please try again, but maybe trying in Private Window to see if that works for you? The above was tried within FireFox browser and as mentioned it worked without any issues.

    A single PDF works, but downloading all submissions doesn't work. It looks like some of the submissions are somehow flawed.

    OK, thank you for the additional details. I have just tried and I can see that there is an issue. I was able to get the PDF of the submissions, but the way I had to do it is not the way it should be needed to be done and can be done only by someone that can and is willing to inspect things as they happen.

    As such I will raise this to our developers to look into and see what is causing the same.

    As soon as there are any updates on this we will update you about it through this thread.

    @magdac I see that you have opened 2 threads on this along side of this post. I do strongly advise against doing such since it could lead to the account doing so being seen as spammer account and suspended.
