Back button is not being displayed in the last page of form.

    I have the same issue.  How do I get a "Back" button on my last screen?

    Helo wolfpaw69,

    It seems you have fixed this issue yourself. I did check your form and found that it does display the back button in the last page of your form. Please check the screenshot below:
