Odd calculation results

Hi,

I am trying to apply a weighting to a field on my form dependent on the text values placed within the drop lists.

I am summing the values if the answers are NO and then performing a calculation to populate the Calculated Risk Rating field.

However, I am seeing some odd values being applied to this result.

Can you please advise the best method for me to obtain my weighting calculation.

The field is already being initialized

I cloned your form and I can see you are using conditions to calculate your values, on my first test, I noticed that when I selected some options, the value was added to the wrong field, however, upon checking your conditions I see that there are some conditions that update different fields, here is a screenshot about two conditions using the same fields to calculate the value, but putting the result to different fields.

Those conditions will generate a conflict, then you will not the expected result, I suggest you to double check your conditions and make sure that you do not have duplicated conditions.
