I am having trouble getting our forms to email to two different email addresses. I would like both our forms to go to djones@peachtreehillsvet.com (which they do right now) and also to info@peachtreehillsvet.com. They do not seem to be going to the info account

Hi.
You can set up and control which email addresses are used by the forms by going to the Form Builder and choosing the Emails icon . You’ll see the emails panel open:
Choose Create New Email, and the email wizard will let you edit/create the mail accounts you want.
You can do this for each form you wish to update.
Hope that helps!

Hello duffyjones,
There are three possible options available to send submission emails to multiple email addresses:
#1. You should add multiple email addresses separated by comma and space in the "Recipient Email" address of your form's notification email alert. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
#2. You can add one new email alert for every email address you want the submission email to go to. The following guide should help you add new email alert: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
#3. Please be noted that it is also possible to send submission emails to desired email address based on a conditional statement as well. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!
