Is there a way to put blockout dates in the date picker?

I am trying to make a date picker for a form to use to schedule deliveries. However the deliveries only happen on Mondays and Thursdays. Any of the neat date picker widgets don't seem to allow me to put in block-out dates.

Any suggestions?
