I can not send an attachment through Jotform? Is the system down?

I made a test form and a submission with a file upload on it, but was not able to see any problems.
I received it successfully on my JotForm account and on my notification.
I also checked your account and the form titled "IION COMMERCIAL LEAD FORM", the submissions have file uploads on them. That most recent one does not have, but I see it looks like a test submission made by you.
Could you please try again. Also, if you are getting any error messages, please do share it with us so that we can better investigate. JotForm is running normally in our end, you can check the status of our site here: http://jotformstatus.com/. We'll wait for your response.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, if you are replying to this thread using your email client/software then attaching images on it, it won't go through our forum. You need to directly visit this thread directly on our website using this link https://www.jotform.com/answers/762549 and use the upload image button to attach your screenshots here. Here's a screenshot:
I also made a test submission in your form, it has a power agent ID number of 11111111, my test upload image was successfully saved in your account.
