There are no notification features available in the form if in case subscription payments are about to expire. Payment subscriptions purchased online automatically initiates charging at the time of expiration, this is why there is no such function available.
If you wish to receive a one time only payment for your subscription purchases, you can try setting up your subscription as products items. This way they will only be charged once.
But, to notify users as soon as their subscription expires, we still don't have a system for it. What you can do is create your own system that will collect submitted data from your form to your own database. You can get some example from this user guide.
Once you have set your database to collect post data, you can then create a cron tab based lookup that will daily check the date and then search the database for expiration dates in your database and then compare it with the current date. This will then send an email to those email addresses with the matching expiration and current dates.
