I have created my form but I do not receive the notification email. When I view the submissions on the "my forms" page, they look perfect. If i forward these notifications from this page, they also look good except some of the answers entered into a matrix with radio buttons seem to disappear.
I then decided to create a 2nd notification email, and they started to come through but did not display any questions or answers provided in the matrix.

I hope you can advise what I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
P.S - great and easy to use form creator. Love it.

If the second email is working, simply delete the first email.
There is a bug with the matrix answers on the emails. It is in our todo list and we will fix it.

This problemlem should be fixed now.
