I have created a form that allows students to periodically upload files, and have the auto delete app installed. For some reason my account does not show that my submissions have been cleared - it still shows that I have gone over the limit. Can you help me with this?

I checked your account and was able to confirm that you have exceeded your upload limit. However, you do not have any submissions in your form. Do note that the available space does not update immediately. Please wait and see if the issue still persists, and inform us if it does.
