Can you make a conditional field do this? If a user selects other option show a new question

I have a list from which "Other" is one of the choices. I would like a box to appear if they pick "other". The box would say "If "other", please provide additional details. Is there a way to do this?

Yes, conditions can do this. But you do not need it. Because the checkbox and radio button fields already have an "Allow Other" feature.
