I want to create an on-line application form and have the data collected go into a database of sorts - an excel spreadsheet would work fine - can I do this? The types of fields are what the vendor sells, phone, name, business, weeks participating etc. The application is used 2 times a year and the data used for 6 months at a time.

We have an app but can only give you a CSV file. Here's the link: http://apps.jotform.com/app/combine_submissions. This will allow you to download selected form submissions into one file. Please try it and let us know if there are issues.
