We emailed the link again for a form we created - we have successfully received some forms - however many people are unable to complete the form once they hit the submit button. Some have stated they are getting an internet explorer webpage error message. I have tried to replicate - but am not having the same difficulties.
I recommended copy and pasting the URL in another browser. Can you please advise us of any other options?

I did test your form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit your form successfully without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please ask one of your users to share a screenshot of the error they see after submitting form and we will take a look.
