I have just had to change every one of my customers webpages over to point to the new web address which has cost me in time much more than my subscription charges.

Can you please confirm the following:

    1. What are the risks of having to do this again.

    2. Should I be looking to a more reliable supplier?

    3. What will you be offering to me as compensation for the drain on my resources?

I look forward to your response

    Hello John,

If you have not yet heard, we're planning to keep jotformpro.com for paying users so you will no longer need to change it back to jotform.com again.

In regarding the situation, this is currently beyond our control and we are doing our best to work JotForm back to its full capacity.  You can refer to this URL regarding Aytekin's statement about this case: http://www.jotform.net/blog/45-JotForm-com-Suspended

In regarding to your number 3 concern, I have submitted a ticket to let this be known to our next leverl support.  They will respond to this as soon as they can.

    Thank you for your patience.

    1. What are the risks of having to do this again.

At this point, we are trying to make sure the service is working for everybody. We will find more permanent solutions in the future.

    2. Should I be looking to a more reliable supplier?

This could happen to any web service that allows user generated content. We will do everything we can to prevent something like this happening in the future.

    3. What will you be offering to me as compensation for the drain on my resources?

We'd be happy to refund your full-month. I'm really sorry about the troubles.
