    EU User: Fields added not visible on live preview?

    HI Guys,

    can you help please , I am in the process of developing an inventory form, I have a set a number of form collapse for ease of navigation using handheld devices.

    I duplicated all the Hallway fields to create living room and did the same for dining room and even though they appear in the list data reports they are not appearing in the form ?

     

    What gone wrong as I need to repeat this process for other rooms as well

     

    Any help advice would be greatly appreciated

    Suddenly just appeared after around 30 mins - does this mean at times I can expect delays in forms being replicated?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There might be a delay on the replication process on our servers for EU users, this seems to happen even on normal changes  you are making using the form builder. I see similar users who are reporting this. We have informed our back-end team about this. Please do let us know if you are still experiencing this problem.

    We have just received news from our back-end team that this is now fixed. Our servers in EU was not able to handle the traffic, which causes this problem. But they have been upgraded to higher models for optimum performance. Everything should be back to normal now. Again, apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
