Recently, we have an issue about this problem for EU accounts; but currently, we have fixed this issue and everything should be fine now. Please, check the preview of your form again and let us know the results.

It seems that the issue is with the text field.
Please do note that you must always save the changes on your form by saving the Text Field content first, otherwise it will load the old text - since that is the only one saved.
This is done by clicking on Complete button at the top right corner.
